Honesty: Upholding our integrity and our reputation is of prime importance. We strive for transparency and have nothing to hide. Every
action we take is visible to our clients. The custodians we use operate independently of us and report all transactions in real time. Management fees are fully disclosed and are our only source of compensation, so there are no conflicts of interest. At any time clients can find out what is happening in their accounts including current values, transactions, and gains or losses.
Respect: We are respectful with money. Everyone here continues to build their own financial security through hard work and savings. Very few of our clients became wealthy because of inheritance and we respect their hard work. We are proud to be frugal with our clients assets as we are with our own. It is our nature to always be looking for ways to help our clients save money. A penny saved is a penny earned and another penny that can be invested.
Service: We want to help our clients. We take satisfaction in providing professional and timely service that solves our clients’ problems. In addition to investment management, we provide retirement planning, trust advice, tax advice, philanthropic planning, review of insurance policies, co-coordinating death duties, and will also do extraordinary projects, such as showing our clients how to budget, helping their children allocate funds in their 401K plans, and advising on wealth distribution among children with different financial resources.
Dedication: We are a group of highly disciplined professionals. Continuing education is ongoing. We continually look for ways to better serve our clients. Our clients deserve the best from us. We are always learning so that we can give our clients more value.
Diligence: We stay informed with our clients, noting changes that may affect their overall goals or ability to take risk. We strive to match the needs of our clients with appropriate asset mixes for their specific situation. We do not take big bets with our clients’ portfolios. We do our own research in house and evaluate each investment prior to transacting. We are happy to provide our rationale behind each investment decision.
