Communicating With You
Client communication is a signature service of PacWest Financial
Management Inc. and a crucial building block in our success.
Communication is the key in building and sustaining a strong relationship
with our clients. Frequent contact is initiated by us and
welcomed from the client. This may consist of phone conversations, personal
meetings, emails, faxes, newsletters, statements and website messages.
Account reviews are conducted in person on a regular basis and the frequency
depends on the complexities of the account and the needs of the client.
Quick response to the needs of our clients is expected of all the team
members at the firm.
Getting to know our clients on a personal level is important
to all of us at PacWest Financial Management. We are also interested in
getting to know the family members as well. In some situations, we are
taking care of the finances for multiple generations, educating the next
generation about money management and preparing them for the transfer
of wealth.
As we become more familiar with our clients over time, they come to us
not only for financial advice but also for input on other family issues.
PacWest Financial Management Inc. maintains a reasonable account load
in order to provide each client with easy access to his
or her financial advisor and account administrator. We are
